ED BENNING PERSONAL PROFILE:
Ed has been an Agent with Club “100” since 1989. Upon entering real estate, he has maintained membership in the MLS Million Dollar/Pinnacle Club for 17 consecutive years, being amongst the top producers in Medicine Hat. This past year he was # 2 in Canada in sales for GMAC Real Estate. His past experience and education includes a Master’s Degree in Social Work and twenty years work experience in a management position for the Provincial Government, from which he took early retirement in 1986. He has served as President and Chairman of the Board for the Medicine Hat Savings and Credit Union (7 years), as President and Chairman of the Board for Credit Union Central of Alberta (3 years), and he also served as Vice-President on the National Credit Union Board of Directors (3 years). Ed is an active member with the Knights of Columbus and Holy Family Parish. For the past 5 years he has been serving on the Board of Directors of the Medicine Hat Real Estate Board and recently held the position of President and Chairman of the Board. Ed is married to Joan and has four daughters.
PATRICE MORRISON PERSONAL PROFILE:
Patrice was born and raised in Medicine Hat and has watched the rapid growth of this extraordinary city. She began in Real Estate as a Real Estate assistant in 1997 and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1999. For the year 2000, Patrice received the Royal LePage Real Estate new agent acheivement award. Continuing with her career as a Real Estate Agent in June of 2001 her first son arrived and Patrice started her family. After a brief leave, Patrice accepted the position of Office Manager for Club "100" GMAC Real Estate from 2001 until 2006. Patrice then became a licensed Real Estate Agent once again joining Ed Benning in September 2006. |
